Welcome to T.O.P Sports!

The acronym for T.O.P Sports Training stands for three latin words meaning endurance, swiftness, and agility. Tolero is latin for endurance, Ociter means swift, and Pernix means agility.  This is the basis for the T.O.P Sports Training model.

The goal for every athlete that comes through the T.O.P Sports Training program is to develop the endurance to perform your respective sport at a maximum level, execute athletic moves in a swift fashion, and done with amazing agility ... period.

We understand that in todays sports, everyone is looking to gain the advantage and edge over their opponent. Truth is, you never really know how hard your competition is working to gain the competitive

edge over you.  The only factor you can control is how prepared you will be come game time.  T.O.P Sports Training can help you achieve your athletic goals, to help you get to the TOP of your game!

 

 


A Word From Coach ...

Greetings! My name is Coach Ry Akana and I want to thank you for taking the first step to attaining TOP level sports athleticism! If you are serious about taking your game to higher levels, you have come to the right place. I am a sports enthusiast. I absolutely love to watch athletes, of any sport, play their respective game with greatness. Every four years, I look forward to watching the summer Olympic Games. Top athletes from around the globe who have clocked countless hours of training, to compete at high levels against other athletes ... that gets my juices flowing!

Developing your athletic performance is a task that I take serious. My commitment to you is that if you put in the time and effort I require, I will take you to the TOP of your respective sport. Get focused, and I'll see you on the field!
